One of my photos of one of my favorite places from the summer when it was Sunny and Warm with no chance of Rain or Snow. May this feast for the eyes help warm you to your bones... :o)

These are some star ornaments that I created for family and friends. I had no idea I had it in me to make as many as I did (21). The smiley faces are made one at at time and the other face was a mold from a face I sculpted a few years ago. Having that mold really made the process go faster. I put a pretty ribbon on each so that they could hang nicely. :o)
Polymer clay, handmade stamps and acrylics.
The November Nor'easter left my daughter and her young family flooded and without a home (for a bit until it is fixed) so they are living with me. It is quite the close quarters but it is all good. I am thankful I have a home I cans share and that they are safe. We had a beautiful Thanksgiving with wonderful food created by my other daughter who is a brilliant cook (um... chef!) at 17. I am certain as things settle in and we find our groove I will find my focus to create again. Until then, I would like to say "Thank You!" to all of you beautiful spirits who follow my blog. I really enjoy and look forward to all of the wonderful comments you leave me and I especially LOVE looking at the creative processes that each of you share on your own blogs!
Hugs to you All!

I had to post this adorable baby monster that my sister made for the Monster Mash Swap. She wasn't able to get her photographed in time but she certainly deserves some face time. I just had to share her cuteness!
Check out Deanna's other beautiful work her at her blog.
My Monster has come out of the closet and had the best time over at Zan's place doing the Monster Mash! I wish I could have been there to see it all. I am certain I would have joined in the fun. :o) Be sure to go and have a look at the other monsters. The talent and creativity of the artists presenting is amazing!
Wow - it's been nearly a month since I have blogged! OUCH!
I wanted to share a sneak peek of my "monster" that I made for Zan's monster swap over at Wild at Heart Art
I'm pretty excited. Next Saturday I am headed to Durham N.C. to participate in the Rock and Shop Vintage market. This is totally new for me but it seems like it's going to be a really great venue. They will have a live band(s), a fashion show and about 50 artists participating. If you are in the area come and check it out! RockandShop
It was a beautiful day for Bark in the Park and I have never seen so many dogs in my life all in one place! From the teeniest tiny dogs to one's so big they could put a saddle on 'em and ride! It was fun. Here is a picture of my table. I really didn't have much to bring but it was great getting into the groove of doing a show again. Be sure to click on the pictures they look much better when they are bigger. :o)
