First Cut of the Season
It's hard to believe that I had my first cut of the season on my lawn... It was really warm here this weekend and over the past week and suddenly my grass decided it was time to take off! If the weather holds it looks like I will be in for way more cuttings this year...

Whoa! Yes, that's a bit crazy for grass. It did get very spring-like this past week...just gorgeous! But I don't think the plant life went that crazy!

Well, if our weather from last week had stayed around - I do believe we would be mowing soon too. Snowed on the weekend though, so no cuts for abit!

Spring has sprung here in the Sierra Foothills in Central California. I think it is going to be about 62 degrees here today....with a bit of rain expected next week...and yes, we can watch the wild grasses grow too...many up to my knees just this past week!! And it is all so over-the-top green!!

Looks like I will be cutting the grass again this weekend. LOL I don't recall ever cutting this early. I hope you all get some beautiful weather too!
