Just finished this cute little girl but I have no idea what to call her. Maybe something will come to mind once everything settles...
And here is a Rocket Boy. His background was inspired (copied - ha ha) by Mati Rose from her book "Daring Adventures in Paint". Definitely a fun read with some good ideas.
Here is a very orange little kitty I am working on. I used a product called Paverpol for the silk flower and leaves and then painted them. The Paverpol makes them kind of hard and a bit flexible which is ideal as an embellishment when you are using stretched canvas for the painting. I think I will use it again.
Do you think I need to add an ear peeking out on the left side? I keep going back and forth on that one.
And I finally got the words onto this painting "Beauty in Your Soul", so now I can call her finished.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope the rest of your week is awesome!

Cute! Cute! :)
Love your paintings - so cute! Yes, I would add an ear to that sweet kitty.
That Paverpol product sounds interesting.
Hey Miss! These are great! Good to see you creating great stuff. I could probably take the kitty with or without an ear...everything is great!
Thanks Lizzy Love! I really like your Avatar. Did you make it?
It's interesting stuff and a bit messy but once it dried it was great. I can bring it to the next TAG meeting if you want to check your it out. (If I remember -Mary lol!)
Zan, you are the bestest!
I thought you might like to know that my son-in-law is reading up on beekeeping because he and my daughter will soon be living on a farm in the western part of VA and he wants to start a bee colony. Pretty cool huh?
